TES CAR BACKGROUND
 
 
 
TES CAR was established in 1976. The company initially manufactured drilling tools such as Buckets, Augers, Kelly bars and so on. In a few years the production evolved toward the project and manufacturing of hydraulic drilling rigs for micro-piles, introducing in the Italian market, and then all over the world, the TES Series. This kind of rigs comprehends: the TES 20D for drilling drainage holes, the TES 20B to fit on mini excavators, the TES 20 and TES 40 with remote power pack or Compact type, the TES 100.
 
After extensive research and testing in the field of drilling, TES CAR projected and realized the rigs for piles, now famous all over the world with name of CF Series. These rigs, designed to be easily transported and set up thanks to their small dimensions, have the possibility to work in areas with restricted headroom or limited access where no standard rig can be used. The CF range is divided in various models from a minimum of 2’500 Kgm to a maximum of 12’000 Kgm of torque and they cover quite all the drilling set up systems such as Rotary drilling, CFA system, Diaphragms system, Hammer rigs, and so on.
The CF models are: CF 2.5, CF 2.5 A (with double slide), CF 2.5 Compact (with remote control), CF 3, CF 3 P (with telescopic mast), CF 3S, CF 3SC (with double slide), CF 4, CF 6, CF 8 and CF 10.
Actually we launched in the market the New CF 3 CFA, which exploiting a torque of 3’200 Kgm is able to reach a depth of 10 m and a diameter of 500 mm with the CFA system.
Another great news will be the début of the New CF 12 for Kelly Bar and CFA, actually in production, which will be ready and inserted in the market by the end of this year.
